Q:What experience from other jobs or projects that will be an asset in this work?

I have been a Life Coach for 15 years, specializing in Life Strategy, Personal Trauma, and Couples Communication. I am a Licensed Women’s Pastor, and Ordained in the state of California.  I led a large women’s ministry for 11 years in the City of Rancho Cucamonga. I have been a retreat leader and led many personal crisis support groups.  Also, I spent many years as a musical theater actress (28).  Spending time on stage, leading a ministry, teaching and facilitating support groups is definitely going to be an assest for this lovely opportunity.

Q: What do you enjoy most about this work?

The opportunity to serve a couple in the most important moment of commitment.  To help bring joy to those who attend no matter how large or small the gathering is.

Q: What characteristics do you see in couples that encourage you?

The ability to listen to one another, to see them work hard to be together. Their ideas and goals for the future and the most important to work on their own issues to create a better relationship with each other.

Q: What personal experiences do you draw on when working with couples?

My own knowledge of marriage, my personal education in counseling/life coaching.  My deep personal work with my heart and healing.
